At Jowinie , we want you to be completely satisfied.

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their tags.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

• The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, via the same payment method used when ordering.
